DOPAMINE LAND

For Fever

Our pilot event with Fever.

We provided a regular team of Event Assistants, Supervisors, Back of House, Box Office and Bar Staff for a multi-sensory experience in South Kensington for 20 months, totalling just under 40,000 hours.

Our team was responsible for audience engagement and management, tech supervision, operating and managing the bar space and maintaining a good flow of audience throughout the day.

The event upscaled significantly around the school holidays, so maintaining a high quality, trained yet flexible team of regular staff was of paramount importance to the client.

The introduction of The Left Handers team to the venue saw a rise in review ratings, with many positive comments about staff.

Following the successful initial 3 month engagement of The Left Handers team to the Dopamine Land project, and the positive feedback from client and customer alike, several additional pilot projects within the same building were launched, with The Left Handers providing staff for all, increasing the weekly staff hours by 32%

Additional long-term events included:

‘The Fans Strike Back’ &

‘Accidentally Wes Anderson’,

Our Front of House and Supervisory staff handled box office and audience flow whilst overseeing the display of valuable items and IP, merchandise sales and stock management.

We also provided Event Assistants and Supervisors for a number of Fever’s experiences, including ‘Neon Brush’, an art workshop in the dark, and ‘Mindful Glow’, their candlelit Sound Bath experience.

The Left Handers staffing agency has been an exceptional partner, demonstrating great attentiveness and professionalism. The team consistently goes above and beyond, are flexible to changes and always meet our specific needs. They always provide tailored solutions promptly with dedicated and skilled staff. At Fever, we work with The Left Handers for both short and long term projects and will continue to do so at a local & regional level.
