Lionsgate+ - Outlander - Immersive Marketing

A multi-level immersive experience to celebrate the release of Outlander Season 7 on Lionsgate+. Over two days we transported visitors to 18th Century Wilmington, in Trafalgar Square and the beautiful St Martin in the Fields church.

The Left Handers delivered a team of experienced immersive actors who played characters from the world of Outlander, interacting with visitors and bringing the world to life. We also delivered a crack Street Team to bring passers by into the event and drive engagement, and a team of Event Assistants to make sure all the logistics ran smoothly. In total, across the two days we filled 53 roles to execute this highly successful immersive marketing event.

Sourcing and handling a large team of differing roles on an event can be very time-consuming, and our white-glove service allows production companies to focus on other things. We dealt with casting to a brief, communicating the roles and expectations to the whole team, and making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time for costume fittings and rehearsals in advance of the event. On the day, we provided an onsite management presence to ensure everyone was where they needed to be and had what they needed, field questions and handle any last-minute curveballs like injuries or illness. This service means our clients have far less stress, and more time and energy to spend on the many other things that require their attention!
